Mold recommendations and dimensions:
You can make the Kinder Paradiso cake in the classic round version, use a hinged mold that can be opened from 22 to 24 cm. If you do not have the mold that can be opened, you can safely use a simple one, it is important to butter and flour the base very well using the cake does not stick to the bottom! Alternatively, you can make a rectangular or square cake giving life to a “giant snack” in this case it is necessary to use a rectangular mold about 20 X 30 or square 22 x 22 cm
Come make the Kinder Paradiso Cake
First of all, installed the soft base following the step-by-step procedure (accompanied by useful tips for whipping butter and sugar, add the eggs and finally the flour) to prepare a perfect PARADISE CAKE
Then, once taken out of the base, let it cool for a few minutes, format it and turn it upside down on a serving plate, this to deflate the dome on the surface and obtain a flat cake.
Finally leave the cake upside down for about 15 minutes, then lift it up and let it cool completely!
The cake should be cut and stuffed only when it is completely cold otherwise it will crumble!
A trick for a perfect cut rate is set on the long blade knife (with which you have to make the cut) in the fridge or freezer and cut the base when it is very cold.
Just before filling the cake, prepare the cream.
Whip the cream very firm, add the cold condensed milk from the fridge and honey. Mix from bottom to top without removing the mixture. If you want clarifications on the type of cream used and useful tips for the perfect success of your filling, see the article MILK CREAM
Finally fill your Kinder Paradiso cake with milk cream. placing the filling on the base of the cake. Create a filling thickness of about 1 – 1.5 cm. The Cream is thick and firm and therefore will not soften absolutely!
Gently adopt the other disc of paradise cake on the cream
Finally sprinkle with plenty of icing sugar!
The Kinder Paradiso cake is ready to be served! Store in the fridge for 10 minutes before serving!
