BAKED SEA BREAM

INGREDIENTS:

2 Whole sea bream, cleaned and gutted

2 garlic cloves

Olive oil

White wine

Handful sundried tomatoes

1 Onion

1 Lemon

2 Tomate

Parsley

Basil

Rosemary

PREPARATION:

Wash the parsley. Place a sheet of oven-proof aluminum on a baking tray and place each clean sea bream in the center, put the onion and tomatoes and salt and pepper the inside.
3 pieces of peeled garlic for each sea bream, half a slice of lemon and extra virgin olive oil and rosemary.
Pour the wine and put everything in the oven at a temperature of 180 ° for 30 minutes.
